We believe in pushing beyond comfort zones, embracing new knowledge, and evolving our practices to provide you and your family with the highest standard of care. Our success is rooted in strong partnerships—with our patients, our team, and leading integrative healthcare providers in the area.
From a young age, I was drawn to healthcare, ultimately finding my calling in dentistry. The hands-on, fulfilling work that combines both artistic and pragmatic elements made it unique among healthcare professions. I attended the University of Vermont for my undergraduate studies and continued at NYU College of Dentistry. Following dental school, I completed a one-year general practice residency at North Shore University Hospital in New York.
“I hate the dentist” is a phrase I hear often, and my approach is centered around empathy. I understand that visiting the dentist can be a source of stress or fear for many. My team and I strive to alleviate any anxiety you may have, ensuring your experience with us is positive, comfortable, clean, and safe. My passion for airway-focused and holistic dental care began when I realized how airway problems could be the root cause of many dental and orthodontic issues. This realization transformed my practice, driving me to integrate airway-focused treatments and holistic philosophies. Implementing these treatments and witnessing patient improvements have reinforced my belief in an airway-centric approach.
Being involved with the American Academy of Physiological Medicine and Dentistry (AAPMD) was a game-changer for me. It taught me the importance of multidisciplinary care and collaboration to improve patient outcomes. My commitment to this community extends beyond my practice. I actively support local events, organizations, and activities, and I work towards building a vibrant downtown in Cape Elizabeth. I am fortunate to call this community home with my wife, Phebe, and my three sons, Gabe, Liam, and Theo.

I began my journey in the dental field in 2018 and quickly discovered my passion for it. As the practice manager, I work closely with our patients and team to ensure our practice continuously evolves with the latest research and education. I have earned my fellowship through the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and serve as the VP of our local AADOM Chapter.
Using my bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness to help Maine Airway Health become a more whole-body and integrative practice is professionally fulfilling. It brings me joy to know that we care for you and your family on a deeper level than just addressing dental concerns. You receive the highest level of care at our practice.
